Australian Junior Sprint Champion

Acora provides support to a host of local sporting and community facilities, one we are particularly proud of is young Local Athlete Jack Caldwell. He is a dedicated and recognised Triathlete in Eden. He has shown that hard work pays off and dreams can come true even when you are from a remote coastal town.

Finishing Year 12 at Eden High School in 2024, Jack was training upwards of 20 hours a week in hopes of achieving his Olympic dreams.

In January 2025 Jack claimed the Australian Junior Super Sprint Championship at the Super Sprint Race Weekend, then followed up with a dominant performance in the Junior Oceania Championship race which granted him automatic selection for the World Triathlon Under 23 Championships and World Triathlon Junior Championships in Wollongong this October 2025. He has also met the automatic selection criteria for nomination to Australia’s Junior team with his dominant wins.

Jack approached Acora back in 2023, so we interviewed him and were so impressed with him as an all round great young man, we agreed to sponsor him and have enjoyed following his growth as an athlete and person – we wish Jack the best of luck in the World Championships this year.
